220 kV oil-immersed power transformers are core equipment in ultra-high voltage power transmission and distribution systems. They are primarily used in key scenarios such as power plant step-up, regional substations, large industrial parks, urban power grid nodes, and main power supply for railway transportation, performing essential functions including voltage transformation, power transmission, grid connection, and power distribution.

This product is designed, manufactured, and tested in strict accordance with GB 1094 Power Transformers, GB/T 6451, IEC 60076, as well as the technical standards of State Grid and China Southern Power Grid. It features low losses, low noise, short-circuit resistance, long service life, and high reliability, and can operate continuously in harsh conditions such as outdoors, indoors, high altitudes, heavy pollution, extreme cold, and high temperatures.

The product adopts a sealed oil-immersed structure with a highly integrated iron core, windings, voltage regulation device, cooling system, and protection system. High-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with high magnetic permeability are used, with low losses of 30Q120 / 27ZH100.

Full end-face yoke and step-laminated structure reduce no-load losses and noise.

High-strength epoxy tape for general fastening with high rigidity, vibration resistance, and low operating noise.
