1. Product Overview
Substationwith transformerin American-style enclosure ZGS11-10 is a pre-assembled, versatile distribution unit designed by Xinda Transformer for cable distribution networks. It integrates high-voltage control, protection, voltage transformation, and power distribution equipment, making it ideal for urban and rural power grids, residential areas, commercial centers, industrial and mining enterprises, as well as municipal engineering projects.
Key design features:
To enhance safety, high-voltage load switches and fuses are directly immersed in transformer oil.
Fully sealed design with built-in monitoring components (oil temperature sensor, oil level sensor, pressure gauge, safety valve, oil drain valve) for real-time tracking of operating status.
Supports three power supply modes: ring network, terminal, and source power supply, adapting to the actual needs of China's power grids.
Customization options: standard, reinforced, and heavy-duty external casing options; as well as pluggable and conventional design solutions to meet various needs for creating low-voltage outlets of different complexities.

6. Requirements for installation, operation, maintenance, and ordering.
(1) Installation and operation
After lifting and installation, tighten the anchor bolts, connect the incoming/outgoing lines, and conduct a thorough inspection before powering on.
Before replacing high-voltage fuses, first disconnect the switch, then open the door for operation. Live operation is strictly prohibited.
During maintenance, first disconnect the power supply and strictly follow the operation manual.
(2) Ordering requirements
When placing an order, please specify: product model, technical specifications, quantity, as well as the model/technical specifications/color of the external casing of electrical components. For special application requirements, please inform us in advance when placing the order.
