1. Product overview
Substation with transformer US style housing ZGS11-10 is a pre-assembled, universal distribution block developed by Xinda Transformer for cable distribution networks. It integrates high-voltage control, protection, voltage conversion and power distribution equipment, making it ideal for urban and rural power grids, residential areas, commercial centers, industrial and mining facilities, and municipal engineering projects.
Main design features:
To enhance safety, high-voltage load switches and fuses are directly immersed in transformer oil.
Fully sealed design with built-in monitoring components (oil temperature sensor, oil level sensor, pressure gauge, relief valve, oil drain valve) to monitor operating status in real time.
Supports three power supply modes: ring grid, terminal and power supply, adapting to the actual needs of China's power grid.
Customization options include standard, heavy-duty, and reinforced outer casing options, as well as plug-in and standard design solutions to meet the diverse needs of low-voltage outlets of varying complexity.

6. Requirements for installation, operation, maintenance and ordering.
(1) Installation and operation
After lifting and installation, tighten the anchor bolts, connect the incoming/outgoing lines and conduct a thorough inspection before applying power.
Before replacing high voltage fuses, first turn off the breaker, then open the door to operate. Operation under voltage is strictly prohibited.
When performing maintenance, first turn off the power supply and perform the work strictly in accordance with the operating instructions.
(2) Order requirements
When placing an order, please specify the product model, specifications, quantity, and the model/specifications/paint color of the electrical component outer casing. For special application requirements, please notify us in advance when placing your order.
