It uses vacuum casting technology with epoxy resin and foil winding, resulting in a completely oil-free design. It is fire-resistant, explosion-proof, environmentally friendly, and provides stable and reliable operation.

Vacuum-cured windings are highly moisture-resistant, resistant to mold, salt fog, and contamination, and can operate normally at 100% relative humidity. They can be returned to service without pre-drying, making them suitable for humid southern regions and coastal areas exposed to salt spray.

Windings manufactured using the integral curing method exhibit high mechanical strength and high resistance to sudden short circuits and shock waves. Partial discharge is extremely low (≤10 pC) with stable insulation, effectively preventing insulation aging.
