It uses epoxy resin vacuum casting technology and foil winding, ensuring a completely oil-free design. It is fire-resistant, explosion-proof, environmentally friendly, and operates stably and reliably.
As the main equipment in medium and low voltage distribution networks, it is widely used in urban power grid upgrades, commercial buildings, industrial parks, public places, and other locations with high requirements for safety, energy conservation, and environmental protection. No odor or emission of toxic gases during operation, no contamination of soil or water. Windings cured by vacuum casting have high moisture resistance, resistance to mold, salt spray, and pollution, and can operate normally at 100% relative humidity. They can be put back into service without pre-drying, making them suitable for humid southern regions and coastal areas exposed to salt spray.

Windings made by integral curing have high mechanical strength, high resistance to sudden short circuits and shock waves. Partial discharge is extremely low (≤10 pC) with stable insulation, effectively preventing insulation aging.
