It uses vacuum casting technology with epoxy resin and foil winding, resulting in a completely oil-free design. It is fire-resistant, explosion-proof, environmentally friendly, and provides stable and reliable operation.

As key equipment in medium- and low-voltage distribution networks, it is widely used in urban power grid modernization, commercial buildings, industrial parks, public spaces, and other locations with high safety, energy conservation, and environmental protection requirements. Its oil-free design and fire-resistant epoxy casting make it fire-resistant and self-extinguishing, completely eliminating hidden hazards such as oil leaks, fires, and explosions, and it complies with fire safety regulations. It can be installed directly in basements, distribution rooms, and densely populated areas without the need for an additional fire protection zone, saving installation space.

    There is no odor or toxic gas emissions during operation, and no soil or water contamination. Vacuum-cured windings are highly moisture-resistant, resistant to mold, salt fog, and contamination, and can operate normally at 100% relative humidity. They can be returned to service without pre-drying, making them suitable for humid southern regions and coastal areas exposed to salt spray.
