Signing Ceremony - Xinda and Tianxun Aviation

On May 27, 2026, a solemn ceremony of signing a strategic cooperation agreement between Xinda Transformer Co., Ltd. was held in Baoding city (Hebei Province). and Tianxun Aviation Technology (Baoding) Co., Ltd. The parties jointly signed a cooperation agreement regarding the production of “smart” transformers, as well as the implementation of a project to create a 500 kV voltage class transformer. The signing ceremony was witnessed by a delegation of honored guests, which included: Sun Xiaoqiang (Member of the Standing Committee of the Dongchangfu District Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of the District Administration, Deputy Head of the District), Liu Xiumin (Secretary of the Working Committee of the CPC of Xinqiu Microdistrict), Jiang Zhijian (Head of the District Development and Reform Administration), Liu Mingzhen (Secretary of the Party Group of the District Economic Cooperation Center), Qiao Liang (Deputy Head of the District Economic Cooperation Center), Wu Xiangfei (Head of the Investment Promotion Department of the Jiaming Economic Development Zone) and Tian Wenfeng (Member of the CPC Working Committee and Deputy Chief of Staff of Xinqiu District). Tianxun Aviation was represented at the event by Chairman Wang Chuan, Director Ma Qing, Executive Deputy General Manager Guo Xiaohong and Deputy General Manager Yue Chengtian; Xinda Transformer Company - Chief Controller Liu, Deputy General Manager Wang and Assistant General Manager Lu.

At the beginning of the meeting, the executives visited Tianxun Aviation's corporate showroom and production facilities, where they closely examined several advanced unmanned aerial vehicle models and gained a first-hand understanding of the company's R&D capabilities and industrial production achievements. During the signing ceremony, a promotional video was shown to attract investment to the Dongchangfu area, followed by a corporate video about Tianxun Aviation. In addition, in a special PowerPoint presentation, Tianxun Aviation provided a comprehensive overview of its development trajectory, technological advantages and overall business structure. Tianxun Aviation Chairman Wang Chuan and Board Member Ma Qing also gave speeches, outlining the company's development philosophy and vision for future cooperation.

In his speech, Deputy District Head Sun Xiaoqiang praised this strategic partnership, noting that it is a significant result of our district’s efforts to establish external business relations and inter-sectoral industrial integration. He expressed hope that both sides, relying on their industry advantages, can fully unleash the potential of cooperation, speed up the implementation of joint projects, and contribute to the high-quality renewal and modernization of industrial sectors in the Dongchangfu region.
