Deepen cooperation between colleges and enterprises and promote the integration of industry and education
On February 27, Liaocheng Vocational College Deputy Director Gao Xubing, Party Committee Member and Head of the Publicity Department Lu Ping, Deputy Head of the Cooperation and Service Department Wang Linlin, and heads and teachers from various departments of the college came to our company for inspection and research.
During the study, Deputy Director Gao Xubing and the delegation personally visited the company's modern production workshops, got acquainted with the production process, scientific and technological developments and personnel needs, and also learned in detail about the company's development plans, its industrial structure and the requirements for professional skills in the workplace.
At the subsequent meeting for discussion and exchange of opinions, Mr. Liu, Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board, delivered a welcoming speech, giving a detailed account of the company's development history, industrial structure, key technologies, and long-term development plans.
Gao Xubing, Deputy Director of Liaocheng Vocational and Technical College, spoke about the college's key features. Also speaking were Zhang Fengjun, Dean of Liaocheng Vocational and Technical College's School of Intelligent Manufacturing; Ren Wei, Deputy Party Secretary of the School; and senior staff from the School of Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity and the School of Economics and Commerce.
The parties exchanged views and held detailed discussions on professional training, staffing, internships and work placements, college-company cooperation, and graduate employment. They reached broad agreement on deepening the integration of production and education, expanding areas of cooperation, and improving the quality of joint personnel training.
This research and exchange meeting further strengthened the bridge of communication and cooperation between the university and the enterprise, laying a solid foundation for subsequent comprehensive and in-depth cooperation.
