1. Product Overview
The YB□-12 series prefabricated substation (European-type transformer) is a complete set of power distribution equipment developed by Xinda Transformer to meet the needs of urban power grid construction. It integrates high-voltage switchgear, transformers, and low-voltage power distribution equipment according to a predetermined scheme.
Designed for three-phase AC systems with a voltage of 12 kV and a frequency of 50 Hz, with a maximum power of 1600 kVA, this product is widely used in urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural construction, high-end villas, parks, residential complexes, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized enterprises, mining and oil extraction industries, as well as temporary power supply scenarios for construction sites. Designed with advanced international technologies and the practical needs of the country in mind, this enclosure features durability, thermal insulation, ventilation, dust protection, protection against small animals, an attractive appearance, and ease of maintenance. The enclosure materials can be selected according to customer preferences, including aluminum alloy, steel, load-bearing plates, stainless steel, and non-metallic materials (such as fiberglass cement), allowing adaptation to various application scenarios.
A wide selection of core components, high adaptability.
The high-voltage side is standardly equipped with load switches, and vacuum circuit breakers with a full set of anti-misoperation protection functions are also available. Optional ring main units include XGN20-12L SF6, HXGN15A, HXGN17, and others; transformers can be oil-immersed, fully sealed, dry-type, and other types; low-voltage room equipment can be of GGD and other proven types.
Full protection, easy to use
The substation has a complete set of protection functions and is easy to operate; high and low voltage measurement can be configured as needed, and, according to customer requirements, automatic reactive power compensation devices can be installed to improve power quality.
Thermally insulated design, adaptable to complex operating conditions.
The box-type roof has a two-layer structure with polyethylene foam filling in the intermediate layer, providing excellent thermal insulation performance. Independent top panels are installed inside the high-voltage and low-voltage compartments, and the transformer chamber is equipped with anti-condensation systems, automatic temperature control systems, as well as heating and cooling systems, ensuring stable operation of the equipment under temperature fluctuations.
Flexible ventilation system design, safe operation and maintenance.
The room uses natural ventilation, but forced ventilation equipment can also be installed. Dust-proof devices are installed on the outer sides of doors and side panels at the locations of louvers, and a comprehensive safety specification ensures the safety of personnel involved in operation and maintenance.
5. Installation, operation, maintenance, and ordering requirements.
(1) Installation and operation
After lifting the product onto the foundation, tighten the anchor bolts, connect the incoming and outgoing lines, and conduct a comprehensive inspection before power transmission.
Before replacing the high-voltage fuse, first disconnect the load switch, then open the door for operation and maintenance. Live operation is strictly prohibited.
During inspection, first cut off the power supply and strictly follow the operation manual.
(2) Ordering requirements
When placing an order, please specify the product model, technical specifications, quantity, model and specifications of electrical components, and the color of the cabinet paint.
If users have other requirements, they can be specified when placing the order.
