On March 24, Li Xingquan, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Commerce, Cao Xianpeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party General Department of the Faculty of Economics and Commerce, and faculty and students from Liaocheng Polytechnic College visited Xinda Transformers to tour the company, participate in face-to-face exchanges, and conduct job interviews. The delegation was accompanied throughout the event by Mr. Wang, Deputy General Manager, Mr. Meng, Mr. Lu, Assistant General Manager, Wei, Minister of the General Department, and Liu, Vice Minister of the Production Department.

In the production workshop, Deputy Head of the Production Department Liu led the students through the entire transformer manufacturing process, providing detailed explanations of the equipment design, operating principles, and production technologies. This allowed the students to experience firsthand the rigor and standardization of electrical equipment production in a real-world production environment, and to deeply integrate professional knowledge with practical work.

Then, Mr. Lu and General Department Minister Wei presented the company's development history, technological advantages and corporate culture in the exhibition hall. They also interacted face-to-face with students on current topics, including job requirements, career prospects, pay and social security, and patiently answered questions about career planning and professional development.
