On July 14, 2026, a delegation led by Guo Shouying, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Liaocheng Municipal People's Congress, visited Xinda Transformer Co., Ltd. for an on-site inspection and detailed understanding of the company's operations and development; the delegation was accompanied by the company's senior management during the visit.
First, the research team visited the company's intelligent management center. CEO Wen Yongtao and Assistant CEO Lu Lianyong provided a detailed overview of the center's strategic framework, explaining the company's innovative features and medium- to long-term plans within three key business areas: cross-border e-commerce platforms, remote intelligent maintenance and operation (M&O) platforms for transformers, and customized design services for power equipment.
Subsequently, a group of researchers visited a workshop organized according to production standards. General Manager Wen provided an overview of the production line layout, technological processes, quality control systems, and production capacity, as well as discussing the development and output of key products. The specialists inspected the main production stages—specifically, the processing of transformer cores, final assembly, and finished product testing on the test bench—which allowed them to directly observe the modern production management system built to high standards. They also received detailed information on the measures taken by the enterprise to increase production capacity, upgrade technological processes, and ensure workplace safety.
Deputy Director Guo Shouyin highly praised Xinda Transformer's strategic approach of deeply developing its core business in power transmission and transformation equipment manufacturing, actively adopting digital technologies, and expanding its presence in overseas markets.
