I. Product Introduction

The 10kV Automatic Line Voltage Regulator is an outdoor intelligent voltage regulation device specifically designed to address key issues in the 10kV distribution network, such as long-distance power supply, large load fluctuations, low terminal voltage, and unstable voltage quality. As key equipment for distribution network upgrades, it is widely used in rural grids, mountainous areas, industrial parks, urban and rural fringes, remote areas, and other scenarios with unstable voltage, playing an important role in ensuring power supply reliability, improving user experience, and reducing network losses.

The device features an integrated design, mainly consisting of a regulatingtransformer body, vacuum load switch, intelligent measurement and control controller, electric actuator, comprehensive protection system, outdoor sealed cabinet, and auxiliary electrical wiring components. It can be installed and commissioned immediately without additional auxiliary equipment, with a short construction period and high flexibility.

The working principle is as follows: the intelligent controller collects key parameters in real time, including input voltage, output voltage, load current, and power factor. Using an embedded intelligent algorithm, it automatically sends voltage adjustment commands to drive the on-load tap changer. Voltage boosting and buck regulation are performed accurately without power interruptions, ensuring stable voltage within the national allowable range (10 kV ± 10%).
