I. Product Introduction
The SCB series is a 10 kV, three-phase, dry-cast, energy-saving epoxy resin transformer. It features a high-permeability silicon steel core and high-strength copper conductors formed using a vacuum process. The transformer is oil-free, flame-resistant, and environmentally friendly.
It features low energy consumption, high safety, reliable performance and maintenance-free operation, and is widely used in power distribution rooms requiring high standards of fire protection, moisture resistance and safety.

1. Energy saving and low losses
Losses are significantly lower than SCB10 transformers, with lower no-load and load losses, ensuring lower energy consumption in long-term operation and meeting energy efficiency requirements for new projects.
2. Dry type, oil-free, fire-resistant and explosion-proof
Epoxy resin casting is fire-resistant and self-extinguishing. Provided there is no oil leak or fire risk, it can be safely installed indoors, in basements, or near load centers.
3. Strong short circuit resistance
High mechanical strength windings and excellent insulation provide strong resistance to short circuits, lightning impulses and mechanical shocks, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
4. Moisture and dust resistance
Capable of reliable operation in damp and dusty conditions. After shutdown, the transformer can be restarted without drying.
