I. Product Introduction

The SCB series is a 10 kV three-phase epoxy resin cast dry-type energy-saving transformer. It features a high-permeability silicon steel core and high-strength copper conductors formed through a vacuum process. The transformer is oil-free, fire-resistant, and environmentally friendly.

It features low energy consumption, high safety levels, reliable operation, and maintenance-free performance, and is widely used in indoor power distribution applications requiring high standards of fire protection, moisture resistance, and safety.

III. Main features

1. Energy saving and low losses

Losses are significantly lower than those of SCB10 transformers, with reduced no-load and load losses, resulting in lower power consumption in long-term operation and meeting energy efficiency requirements for new projects.

2. Dry type, oil-free, fire-resistant and explosion-proof

Epoxy resin casting has fire-resistant and self-extinguishing properties. With no oil leakage or fire risk, it can be safely installed indoors, in basements, or near load centers.

3. Strong short-circuit resistance

High mechanical strength windings and excellent insulation provide strong resistance to short circuits, lightning impulses, and mechanical shocks, ensuring stable and reliable operation.

4. Moisture and dust resistance

Capable of reliably operating in humid and dusty conditions. After shutdown, the transformer can be restarted without drying.
