Product Introduction
1. Iron core: High-magnetic-conductivity sheets with full diagonal seams, stepped overlap, and a polyester tape structure meet the requirements of transformers with minimal load losses and low noise. Vibration-isolating pads are installed between the housing and the oil tank, effectively reducing the transmission of iron core vibration to the oil tank.
2. Winding: High-quality, low-resistance oxygen-free copper is selected and wound on horizontal winding machines and large vertical CNC machines with modern axial and radial compression devices. Reasonable transposition between parallel wires and the use of magnetic shielding to direct leakage flow when necessary effectively reduce transformer load losses. Reasonable insulation design enhances the transformer's surge withstand capacity. Optimization of winding turn distribution, increased radial support and axial compression of windings, the use of pre-treatment with shock absorbers, common winding assembly, and constant voltage drying processes significantly enhance the transformer's surge withstand capacity.
3. Oil tank: utilizing a can or cylinder structure, carbon dioxide protection process, selected sealing materials, and mechanically machined rubber gasket grooves. Combined with strict leakage testing procedures, these measures minimize the likelihood of transformer leakage.
