Product Introduction

1. Rron core: sheets with high magnetic conductivity, full diagonal seams, step-lap joints, and polyester tape structure to meet the requirements of transformers with minimal load losses and low noise levels. Vibration isolation pads are installed between the core and the oil tank, which more effectively reduces the transmission of core vibration to the oil tank.

2. Winding: High-quality oxygen-free copper with low resistance is selected, which is wound on horizontal winding machines and large vertical CNC machines with modern axial and radial compression devices. Reasonable transposition between parallel wires and the use of magnetic shielding to direct leakage flux when necessary effectively reduce the load losses of the transformer. The insulation structure is reasonably designed to enhance the transformer's ability to withstand overvoltages; optimizing the winding turn distribution, increasing radial support and axial compression of the windings, and using pre-treatment with amorphous blocks, common winding assembly, and constant voltage drying processes significantly improve the transformer's ability to withstand short-circuit currents.

3. Oil tank: adopts a bell-type or cylindrical structure, carbon dioxide protection process, selection of sealing materials, and mechanical processing of the rubber gasket groove. Combined with strict leak testing procedures, these measures minimize the likelihood of transformer oil leakage.

4. The use of plate-type radiators or new-type air coolers significantly improves the appearance of transformers. The use of cold pressing equipment for wire connections during cold pressing has enhanced the cleanliness of the device body; vacuum treatment and vacuum oil filling of transformers effectively reduce the partial discharge level and

5. A 'six-direction positioning' structure is applied between the transformer body and the oil tank to ensure the transformer's resistance to transportation impacts and earthquakes.

6. Surface treatment and coating: the surface of the fuel tank undergoes fine processing, including seven processes such as acid washing and phosphating, and is sprayed with special anti-corrosion paint to ensure the coating does not peel off and the steel structural components do not corrode.
