Product Overview
Series of oil-immersed distribution transformers10 kV is the main equipment in the power transmission and distribution system. Using a sealed corrugated tank and oil-immersed self-cooling technology, the product features high reliability, low losses, and strong environmental adaptability, and is widely used in outdoor and indoor power distribution scenarios such as urban and rural power grids, industrial and mining enterprises, and new energy projects.

Design features
1. Core: Made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with high permeability of 0.23–0.30 mm, with fully mitered joints or a 45° wound core design, without perforated cladding, significantly reducing no-load losses and operating noise.
2. Windings: The high-voltage side adopts a multi-layer cylindrical structure, while the low-voltage side uses oxygen-free copper foil and flat wire. With reinforced supports, it offers excellent resistance to mechanical stresses from short circuits.
3. Tank: Fully sealed corrugated tank with vacuum oil filling. The corrugated fins automatically compensate for oil volume changes, eliminating the need for a conservator, ensuring safe and leak-free operation.
4. Insulation system: high-quality mineral oil combined with Nomex paper insulation, partial discharge ≤5 pC, stable insulation and long service life.
