Series oil-immersed distribution transformersThe 10 kV transformer substation is the core equipment in the power transmission and distribution system. Using a sealed corrugated tank and oil-immersion self-cooling technology, the product features high reliability, low losses, and excellent environmental adaptability. It is widely used in indoor and outdoor power distribution environments, such as urban and rural power grids, industrial and mining facilities, and new energy projects.

Design features
1. Core: Made of cold rolled silicon sheets with high permeability of 0.23-0.30mm, with fully welded seams or 45° wound core structure, without perforated skin, which greatly reduces no-load loss and operating noise.
2. Windings: The high-voltage side has a multilayer cylindrical structure, while the low-voltage side uses oxygen-free copper foil and flat wire. With reinforced supports, it has excellent resistance to mechanical stress from short circuits.
3. Tank: A fully sealed corrugated tank with vacuum oil filling. Corrugated fins automatically compensate for oil volume changes, eliminating the need for a conservator, ensuring safe and leak-free operation.
4. Insulation system: High-quality mineral wool combined with Nomex paper insulation, partial discharge ≤5pS, stable insulation and long service life.
