KYN28A-12 Armored Central AC Metal-Clad Switchgear
1. Product Description
KYN28A-12 Armored Central Metal-Clad Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a new type of product independently developed by our company based on absorbing advanced manufacturing technologies both domestically and internationally. It can replace various old metal-clad switchgear and is suitable for three-phase AC 50 Hz 3.6-12 kV power networks. It is used for receiving and distributing electrical energy, as well as for controlling, monitoring, and protecting circuits. It can be used for single busbar, single busbar sectional system, or double busbar system.
The distribution equipment complies with standards including IEC298 Metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear for rated voltages above 1 kV and including 12 kV, IEC694 Common clauses for high-voltage switchgear and controlgear standards, Chinese GB3906 AC metal-enclosed switchgear for rated voltages from 3.6 kV to 40.5 kV, DL404 Ordering specifications for indoor AC high-voltage switchgear, and German DIN VDE0670 AC for rated voltages above 1 kV. It is also equipped with perfect and reliable anti-malfunction features.

3. Service conditions
Ambient temperature: upper limit +40°C, lower limit -10°C
Altitude: not exceeding 1000 m
Relative humidity: average daily relative humidity ≤95%, average monthly relative humidity ≤90%
Seismic intensity: not exceeding 8 degrees
At the installation site, there is no fire, explosion hazard, heavy pollution, chemical corrosion, or strong vibration
If the service conditions exceed the above scope, the user must negotiate with our company to determine the allowable scope and technical measures
4. Order Instructions
The 10 kV power supply area of the withdrawable distribution equipment is determined according to the configuration diagram provided by the buyer.
All distribution devices are equipped with relays, meters, and secondary control devices in accordance with the secondary wiring diagrams provided by the design institute.
The distribution equipment includes terminals, switches, and circuit breakers connected externally, and the secondary wiring inside the cabinet is fully connected according to the secondary electrical wiring diagram.
