Product Definition
A single-phase transformer is a stationary electrical device based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, used exclusively in single-phase alternating current circuits. Its main function is to step up, step down, or isolate voltage. As a key equipment for power conversion in single-phase power systems, it is widely applied in low-voltage distribution, household power supplies, small industrial equipment, and other scenarios.
Core Structure
Iron core: Made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets using laminated processing technology, which reduces hysteresis and eddy current losses and improves electromagnetic conversion efficiency.
Windings: Consist of high-voltage and low-voltage windings wound with high-strength insulated wires. Features high insulation grade and excellent conductivity.
Tank/enclosure: Depending on insulation and cooling mode, it is divided into oil-immersed tanks (for oil-covered transformers) and dry-type protective enclosures (for dry-type transformers), providing dust-proof, moisture-proof, and mechanical impact protection functions.
Insulation system: Uses heat-resistant and aging-resistant insulation materials to ensure equipment efficiency and service life under designed operating conditions.
Accessories: Including wiring terminals, temperature measurement instruments, protective devices, and other components to ensure safe and stable operation of the equipment.
