I. Product Overview
SCB series transformers are three-phase dry-type epoxy casting transformers, which are an energy-saving device for indoor power distribution. The windings are cast from epoxy resin under vacuum, which ensures oil-free, fire-resistant, explosion-proof and environmentally friendly. They are suitable for places with high security requirements, such as high-rise buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, subways, factories and data centers.
II. Structural features
Iron core: High quality cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheets with fully beveled 45° joints and no perforations, resulting in low loss and low noise.
Windings: High voltage coils are vacuum cast from epoxy resin and have high mechanical strength, short circuit and impact resistance.
Insulation: F/H class, fire-resistant and self-extinguishing, environmentally friendly, can be installed directly at the load center.
Cooling: Natural air cooling (AN) / Forced air cooling (AF).
Protection: Can be equipped with IP20 and IP30 protective enclosures, ensuring safety and reliability.
