I. Product Overview
SCB series transformers are three-phase dry-type epoxy cast transformers, serving as energy-saving indoor power distribution equipment. The windings are vacuum-cast with epoxy resin, ensuring oil-free, fire-resistant, explosion-proof, and environmentally friendly operation. They are suitable for locations with high safety requirements, such as high-rise buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, subways, factories, and data centers.
II. Structural Features
Iron Core: High-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with fully 45° mitered joints and no perforation, ensuring low losses and low noise levels.
Windings: High-voltage coils are manufactured using vacuum epoxy resin casting, offering high mechanical strength, short-circuit resistance, and impact resistance.
Insulation: Class F/H, fire-resistant and self-extinguishing, environmentally friendly, can be directly installed in the load center.
Cooling: Natural air cooling (AN) / Forced air cooling (AF).
Protection: Can be equipped with IP20 and IP30 protective enclosures, ensuring safety and reliability.
