I. Product Definition and Applicable Standards

Dry transformerThe SCB series, made of epoxy resin, is an energy-saving powertransformer,designed to type 10 standardfor low losses.

It is manufactured using a vacuum epoxy casting process with full encapsulation, is oil-free, fire-resistant, and explosion-proof, eliminating the risk of oil leakage or environmental contamination. It is an ideal alternative to traditional oil-cooled transformers in locations sensitive to fire safety, environmental exposure, and noise.

  • Optimized kernel

    High quality cold rolled high permeability silicon steel (0.30-0.35mm) is used with stepped lap joints at 45° to reduce hysteresis and eddy current losses.

    The epoxy coating provides excellent moisture and corrosion protection. Non-magnetic lashing straps reduce vibration and noise.

  • Advanced winding technology

    High voltage winding: oxygen-free copper conductor.

    Low-voltage winding: high-precision copper foil. Vacuum-cast epoxy resin with fiberglass reinforcement, high density, no bubbles or voids. Partial discharge ≤10 pC. High mechanical strength and excellent short-circuit resistance, no cracking or aging during long-term operation.
