1. Product Introduction
The combined substationZGS series (American-type substation) is an integrated, fully sealed, and fully insulated power supply equipment, specially designed for compact outdoor power distribution in accordance with international standards GB/T 17467-2018 and IEC 62271-200. In this product, the high-voltage switch unit, transformer unit, and low-voltage distribution unit are combined into a single sealed structure with a corrugated oil tank, eliminating the need for a traditional separate cabinet and achieving miniaturization, integration, and maintenance-free operation.
Compared to traditional civil substations and European box-type substations, the American ZGS box-type substation has significant advantages such as smaller footprint, faster installation, more reliable protection, lower cost, higher overload capacity, and longer service life. It can be directly used in various distribution network modes, such as terminal power supply, ring network power supply, and dual-channel power supply.
The entire equipment system has a fully sealed enclosure with oil cooling and anti-corrosion metal coating, allowing it to operate outdoors for extended periods without the need to build a distribution panel. The system can be activated after lifting and on-site connection.
