OS Product Information
1. Product introduction
The OS is a key component of low-voltage power distribution: a manual switch-fuse unit with load interruption, integrating isolation and fuse protection. With a rated current from 32A to 1250A, it covers AC and DC 400/500/690V applications.
It features a compact, modular design, a visible braking point, and full safety interlocks. The fuse cover provides IP20 protection against electrical current and cannot be opened when closed.
With an AC23A rating, it supports load switching and is suitable for motors, frequency inverters, soft starters, and reactive power compensation circuits. It operates reliably in harsh environments such as metallurgy and mining. Proven in millions of installations worldwide, it is a highly reliable solution for receivers, feeders, capacitor banks, and drive circuits in low-voltage distribution equipment.

3. Main features
Full security locks
Visible brake point + locked fuse cover when closed + double insulated handle to prevent malfunction and electric shock. Padlockable for maintenance compliance.
Ultra-compact and space-saving
Low current and reduced component count for compact dimensions make it ideal for compact enclosures. Dual connection reduces busbar usage and enclosure cost.
Easy installation and maintenance
Full front-mounted operation: fuse replacement and front-mounted control handle. Top and side mounting are adjustable; the telescopic shaft requires no cutting, adapting to various cabinet layouts. Modular for switching, bypass, and interconnected circuits.
Strong and durable
The AC23A is a rugged kit with a fast mechanism for quick troubleshooting. It's resistant to high temperatures, humidity, and dust for reliable operation in heavy industry and outdoor compact substations.
4. Application scenarios
Industrial Drives: Main switch for frequency inverters/soft starters, with fast fuses for thyristor protection; heavy-duty AC23A straight-line motor drives.
Low voltage distribution: main switch in capacitor banks, insulation and protection for draw-in/feeder panels, feeder circuits near transformers (high short circuit).
Commercial and infrastructure: data centers, hospitals, rail transport, building distribution, combination of secure isolation and rapid protection.
Specialty industry: metallurgy, chemicals, mining, ports; withstands harsh conditions and ensures continuous production.
Direct current and new energy: DC distribution, energy storage systems, auxiliary photovoltaic circuits for isolation and short-circuit protection.
