1. Product introduction
OSZ uses medium voltagedistributiveThe UniGear ZS series of air-insulated equipment seamlessly integrates the PowerLine OS switch-fuse, forming a complete power distribution and protection system from 12–24 kV medium voltage to the low-voltage part of 0.4–0.69 kV.
The cabinet features a metal cladding, five-compartment dividers, and a fully integrated front panel. The cabinet can be as narrow as 500 mm and is wall-mountable.
The medium-voltage side is equipped with a VD4 vacuum circuit breaker with a full five-point interlocking system and internal arc protection; the low-voltage side implements dual functions: isolation and fast fuse protection, with a visible braking point and a closed door for safe maintenance.

Closed loop safety of the entire link
MV five-point locking + internal arc protection; LV visible braking point + closed locking + double insulated handle, padlockable. Gradual fault clearance prevents cascading trips, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.

ZS enclosure width from 500 mm; Compact modular OS design, dual-cable connection reduces busbar usage. Full front operation requires no rear access, areasubstationshas been reduced by more than 25%, which reduces construction costs.
Efficient installation and operation
High interchangeability of the removable MV trolley; LV fuse replacement from the front, telescopic shaft without cutting. Top/side mount adjustable for upgrades. Motorized and digital modules are optionally available for remote control and status monitoring.

The MV VD4 circuit breaker supports 30 interruptions at full capacity; the cabinet is tested for condensation and vibration. The LV OS complies with heavy-duty vehicle category AC23A, is resistant to high temperatures and dust, and is suitable for metallurgy, mining, marine, and harsh environments.
Flexible, full script compatibility
MV - Single/dual busbar and double-layer arrangement optional; LV is compatible with DIN/BS/UL HRC fuses, covering motors, inverters, capacitor compensation and DC circuits, supporting customized expansion.
